Commonwealth completes revamp Delek Refining Ltd's ULSD Unit
Houston, TX (December 7, 2006) – Commonwealth Engineering and Construction, LLC of Houston announced the completion of its assignment to revamp Delek Refining Ltd’s Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel unit at their Tyler, Texas refinery. The project expanded production of this environmentally sound transportation fuel from 12,000 barrels per day to 22,000 barrels per day.
